What is Disk Defragment?

Disk Defragmenter is a collection of fragmented data on a volume (such as a hard disk or storage device) to function better. Volume fragmentation occurs over time as you save, change, or delete files. Changes that you save to a file are usually saved in a different location on the volume that is not the original file location. What do the colors mean in the defragmentation tool?

Red color Means files to be defragmented
